Our planet has provided us with an abundance of natural resources. But we have not utilized them responsibly and currently consume far beyond what our planet can provide. We must learn how to use and produce in sustainable ways that will reverse the harm that we have inflicted on the planet. This will also reduce the impact on Climate Change, which is a real and undeniable threat to our entire civilization.
PROBLEM:
The key problem that we will like to solve is that the Sustainable Development Goals are not known to public and citizens are not motivated to act upon to solve these problems. If timely action is not taken, we will not be able to achieve the goal to address these problems by 2030.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?
Kind Cause is focusing on solving this key problems by:
- Raising awareness of the sustainable development goals and start a discussion as how to achieve them
- Involving the knowledge workers to brain-storm on ideas as how to tackle these problems
- Work with other nonprofits and help them become more efficient by making use of technology. Why? This will help them reduce their operational costs to ultimately help them to do more for our community.
- Help fund-raise for the nonprofits who are working to achieve the sustainable development goals
